Jack Mosby began his legal career in private practice at RME&D after graduating from Gonzaga University, School of Law. During law school, Jack spent 7 months externing at the Kootenai County Prosecuting attorney’s office. Prior to law school, Jack served 5 years in the United States Marine Corps, deploying to Afghanistan and onboard USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD6) from Japan around Australia and Indonesia.
Jack’s practice areas include real estate and business litigation and transactions, commercial disputes, contracts drafting, and general business representation.
Jack is a family man. He and his wife, Elizabeth, have four daughters, Aria, Elaina, Isabella, and Julia. Raising his four little girls is Jack's priority. However, Jack also enjoys motorsports and the outdoors. Particularly, Jack's hobbies include dirt biking, off-roading, muscle car drag racing, hunting, and shooting.
